S.A.W. is one of the largest employers of persons with developmental disabilities in Ohio. For 40 years, S.A.W. has been a reliable staffing and outsourcing resource for some of the largest companies in northeast Ohio. S.A.W., Inc. is a private, 501.C.3, Ohio non-profit organization established in 1969 to provide employment to individuals with developmental disabilities. S.A.W. is the non-profit partner of the Cuyahoga County Board of Development Disabilities (CCBDD). Tavens currently has a crew in house working daily, and have been partnered with S.A.W. for over 21 years.

We are dedicated to strengthening the independent’s position in the marketplace through programs and publications that empower our members to compete successfully in a rapidly changing industry and an increasingly competitive and global business environment.
Northeast Ohio’s most visited year-round attraction, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is home to nearly 3,000 exotic animals representing 600 species from six continents. Top attractions include The Rain Forest, Northern Trek, Australian Adventure, African Savanna, Waterfowl Lake and the Primate, Cat & Aquatics Building.
