Known for his product and business development expertise, Steve has devoted his entire career to the corrugated and packaging industry and has been with the company since 1980. Steve is a big fan of Cleveland Indians baseball and plays guitar in a local band.

Jan has been with Tavens since 1998 as V.P. of Operations. He has been in the corrugated and packaging industry for over 27 years. Jan is a big baseball fan and recently coached the Strongsville High School Baseball Team. Jan also enjoys reading and Motown music.
